Montana Fly Fishing
Guides - Fishing Reports
Updated 04/25/07
The most important aspect of fishing during the winter is
watching how our snowpack is progressing. If you are planning a trip
to Montana in 2007 watching the snowpack can be a great way to determine
a good time a year for a visit. You can view the current snowpack at
this LINK. There's a fair about on interpretation that needs to be done
when looking at these numbers, but don't worry we keep up to date on
it so if you have any questions please feel free to contact
us.
Caddis Fishing for 2007 is here!
Caddis are coming. We've seen the first wave of bugs here in Livingston
and with the warmer weather predicted we will be trying to catch the
hatch and avoid the early spring run-off. To see more about this fishing
visit our Video
Gallery where
you'll see a brief video clip of the 2006 caddis hatch.

Montana Fly Fishing Guides in the Florida Keys:
December will bring a much needed break for Eric Adams in the form of
saltwater flats fishing in the Florida Keys. Eric is an experienced saltwater
angler and will be fishing will be fishing with Capt. Ted Christie, Capt.
Perry Coleman, and friend Diana Rudolph for a week in early December.
It was a great week with good friends, although the fishing was tough.
Don Adams, Eric's dad, was able to land his first bone fish which topped
the scales at eight pounds! A great trip to see dad's reel screaming
with nothing for him to do but watch and wait.
