Montana Fly Fishing Guides - Reservations, Cancellation & Deposit
Policy
To guarantee your reservation a 50%t deposit is required at the time
of booking. The remainder is due on the final day of your trip. Preferred
payment for you trip is travelers check, personal check, money order
or cash. For larger groups or multiple day trips credit card arrangement
can be acccommodated (please inquire). Private water rod fees must
be paid in full at the time of your reservation to assure dates.
If the trip is cancelled more than 30 days prior, the deposit, less a 10% handling fee will be refunded. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the trip, the deposit, less a 15% handling fee, will be refunded only if the day/days can be rebooked. Please keep in mind that we have some of the best guides in the area which means if you cancel you trip on short notice we have to pay our guides for loss of potential income. We are aware that unforseen events may change your vacation plans and we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance from one of these repuatable companies.
